Registration & fees

We are pleased to inform you that the upcoming conference will have a hybrid form, offering both in-person and virtual attendance options. This means that you can choose to participate either in person in Madrid, or online via ZOOM from the comfort of your own home or office.

Whether you choose to attend in person or virtually, you can be assured that you will have access to the same high-quality content, engaging speakers, presentations, and articles that the conference has to offer.

Please note that, you will need to register in advance to secure your spot, regardless of if you plan to attend in person or if you choose to attend virtually. We kindly ask in person attendees to follow the health and safety guidelines that may be in place at the time of the conference. If you choose to attend virtually, you will receive a link to join the Zoom meeting closer to the event date.

Two convenient payment options are available. The registration fee can be paid by credit card online at the moment of the registration or by bank transfer.

Alternatively, if you prefer to pay in person, we also accept credit card payments at the registration desk upon your arrival.

The registration fee includes refreshments and lunches

A Conference Dinner will be organized. The Conference Dinner Ticket can be bought during the registration process.

Grants for students/young participant

Grants for students/ young participant are available in the framework of ENEN2plus project

The applicant should use the procedure of ENEN2plus for mobility support.
